Description:
Provides a prepaid calling account for jail inmates through Global Tel* Link. GTL's AdvancePay allows family and friends of inmates to set up prepaid calling accounts to pay the fees for collect call charges. Accounts can be set up through the automated phone system with a credit card, online, through Western Union or by mailing checks or money orders.
To block a call from inmates to your residence, call Technical Support at 877-856-3184, Option 2.

Mon - Fri 7:00 am - 11:00 pm; Sat and Sun 8:00 am - 7:00 pm CST
Intake Process:
Customers can set up an Advance Pay account through GTL's automated phone system with either a $25.00 or $50.00 credit card payment, set up an account online, by mail or through Western Union. Alternate website: www.gtl.net
