Description:

Provides a means for family and friends of Shelby County Jail inmates to deposit money in an account for the inmate's use. Money can be deposited directly at the Inmate Account offices located in the visitation lobby at 201 Poplar and for female inmates at the Jail East facility at 6201 Haley Road. Money is accepted seven days a week, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.

Money can also be deposited online with a credit or debit card at www.connectnetwork.com (you have to create an account) or by calling 888-988-4768, or at kiosks located in the F, AOC and K buildings at the Shelby County Division of Corrections at 1045 Mullins Station Road or at kiosk in the Jail Annex Building at 201 Poplar. You will need the inmate's name, number and location.

Inmate Account offices are open seven days a week, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm; money can be deposited online or by phone 24/7
