Description:

Provides hotline for reporting anyone suspected of fraud in receiving benefits they are not entitled to from the TN Department of Human Services. Use this hotline (800-241-2629) to report SNAP or Food Stamp Fraud, Families First fraud, Medicaid fraud, child care benefits fraud, or vocational rehabilitation services fraud in the state of TN.
