This office does not provide tax advice over the phone or in person, but does have an employee available to help customers use a self-service kiosk for the IRS.gov website. However, persons who are elderly/disabled may call the tollfree number (844-545-5640) to schedule an appointment. Be prepared to indicate what type of accommodation you need, and a date/time you would prefer for the appointment when you call.
