Copies of certificates recording births from 1949 - present can be obtained. Must complete a short application, provide ID and pay a fee of $15.00. Can also get one online at www.vitalcheck.com, www.tn.gov, or at the Hamblen County Courthouse for $20.00.

Walk-in or call (423) 586-6431,. Must complete a short application and provide ID. Birth Certificates can also be obtained online at www.vitalcheck.com or www.tn.gov, or from the Mall office of the Hamblen County Courthouse for a cost of $20.
