Provides therapeutic foster care including placement in Omni homes and intensive therapy, counseling and life skills training from licensed professionals. Assists with adoptions. Agency also offers individual and family therapy, child and adult psychiatric care and counseling, mental health case management and in home and family services. Merged with LifeCare Family Services in 2020 and was formerly known as Omni Visions. Accepts TennCare.

Mental Health Services are open to all adults and children; Therapeutic Foster care covers children and youth 18 and younger with serious emotional and/or behavioral difficulties who are unable to live alone in their homes. Requires referral by the TN Dept of Human Services
