Included are organizations that provide assistance with election planning and administration, election law development, political party development, constitutional development, and voter and civic education which may include training of government and civic leaders. Also included are organizations that promote a supportive legal and regulatory environment for civil society or otherwise strengthen individuals and organizations involved in the development of associated institutions and values.
