Description:
Collects traffic fines and provides information about traffic ticket fines and court dates in the city of Memphis. Fines can be paid in person, by mail or online. To find information about a ticket or to pay a ticket online, go to the city of Memphis website and click Online Services from the top bar and then click "Search/pay traffic fines." Click "$" symbol to make a payment. This will take you to the City of Memphis e-Payments site, where you can search for tickets using last name, driver's license number or ticket number and date of birth.
ALL PARKING FINES ARE DUE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DATE THE PARKING TICKET IS ISSUED; for violators who do nothing to pay the ticket, a judgement will be issued which is enforceable for up to 10 years. Fines and penalties will also escalate if unpaid; the longer a person does not pay, the higher the ticket will be. Memphis Police will run a search on the tags of cars parked at unpaid or expired meters to identify persons with unpaid fines and vehicles with unpaid tickets may be towed or impounded.

Payments can also be made at 5 police precincts: Appling Farms Precinct at 6850 Appling Farms Parkway, South Precinct on Raines Rd, Ridgeway Precinct at 3840 Ridgeway, Crump Station, and North Precinct on Old Allen Rd Mon - Fri from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. The Drive While You Pay Program Office is locaed on the main floor of 201 Poplar, Room 1-11A.
