Description:
A donor and grant funded health clinic that receives no government funding, and serves low income residents of Grainger and Jefferson Counties who do not have medical insurance and who can't afford to purchase it. The greatest need is for monetary donations but donations of certain supplies and equipment are appreciated.

Office Hours: Mon-Thu 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Fri 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
