Ladies of Charity - Knoxville - Utility Assistance Program

Description:

An assistance program for customers of KUB ONLY, in any county in East Tennessee, who have received a past due bill or a final notice. Not available to customers who have already had their service cut off. Ladies of Charity may be able to pay a maximum of $50.00 toward the bill. Bring your past due bill or final notice and your photo ID to the Ladies of Charity office BEFORE your power is cut off, no appointment needed. This is a one-time only assistance.

Hours:

Tuesday-Friday; 9:00am - 12:30pm

Intake Process:

Walk in. Go to the Ladies of Charity office and fill out an application. Bring with you a photo ID and your KUB bill that shows that you are past due or you have a final notice.

Eligibility:

You must be a customer of KUB and have received a past due bill or a final notice. You are not eligible if your power has already been cut off. If you are eligible, KUB can pay up to $50.00 toward your bill. One time ONLY.
