Description:

Provides at-risk Youth Program, provides food for at-risk children on weekends, clothing vouchers (seasonal) and Christmas toys for at-risk children. Parents must make an appointment for the Christmas toys. Also provides clothing for families whose homes are destroyed by fire.

Hours:

Main Dyersburg Administrative Office Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 4:00 pm; Clothing voucher Intake: Mon, Wed & Fri 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Intake Process:

Call for screening for emergency assistance or walk in on Mon, Wed or Friday 9:00 am - 11:00 am to fill out paperwork for help

Program Fees:

$5.00 per child for Christmas registration

Eligibility:

Must provide proof of income for clothing vouchers and residency in Dyer, Lake or Lauderdale counties for screening for most emergency services; for children ages 0 - 18
