Description:

Offers a variety of programs to unlock the potential of males facing systemic and economic barriers. All participants start with the Orientation program, open to ages 14 and up. After orientation, participants follow an 8-week plan tailored to their needs, including mentorship, life skills, and therapy. The program uses evidence-based cognitive behavioral methods to promote positive behavior, reduce negative behaviors, and encourage self-control. Participants set actionable goals that improve problem-solving, communication, relaxation, and self-awareness. Pre- and post-assessments are included to track progress.

Partners with WKNO, Memphis Beatz, Word Up Production, and Heal the Hood Foundation will provide a unique opportunity to express ideas, encourage collaboration, and explore diverse perspectives in film and production. Participants will work on various projects, from podcasting and newscasting to production engineering, while utilizing social media platforms to understand and digitize content alongside top industry leaders.

Hours:

Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Program hours may vary by specific program.
