Provides a space for children to explore, learn and grow through various educational programs and child-oriented gardens; information on horticulture including landscaping, domestic house plants, nurturing plants, identifying plants and diagnosing plant-related diseases; lectures, workshops and lessons; annual plant sales; summer concert series for individuals of all ages to enjoy; plant nursery and care center; plant societies database and lists; volunteer opportunities and meeting space; a variety of venues for rentals, weddings and other events. Offers fall, spring and summer camps.

Hours:

During Daylight Savings Time: Daily 9:00 am - 6:00 pm WINTER: Daily 9:00 am - 4:30 pm

Check website, call or email for information. Website has meeting schedule for local garden and horticultural clubs. Birthday party and wedding rentals require reservations

Program Fees:

Memphis Botanic Garden Members and Children under 2: Free; Adults: $12.00; Seniors (62 and over): $10.00; Children 2-12: $7.00. Group Discounts available. Call for event rental fees. Free Family Memberships are available for EBT Card (Food Stamp or SNAP recipients); must show EBT card and program covers all family members per household under the age of 18
