Description:

Provides insurance enrollment specialist who can assist persons to sign up for and fairly evaluate the options offered by the Affordable Care Act Health Insurance (ObamaCare), TennCare, CoverKids and Medicare programs.

Hours:

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Intake Process:

Call for appointment; applicants will need to bring a state issued photo ID or drivers license, social security card, proof of state residence, proof of income, proof of citizenship, green card or employment authorization card; if the applicant has specific medical needs, a list of current doctors and medications is helpful for the insurance enrollment process

No Fee

Eligibility:

Persons who need help enrolling in Insurance programs including Affordable Care Act federal health insurance program, CoverKids, TennCare or Medicare; eligibility for the health insurance programs is based on tax filing household size and tax filing income
