Description:
Case managers work with persons with mental health issues to attempt to insure their stability in the community. Psychiatric evaluations & medication monitoring includes initial diagnostic evaluations of clients referred by area physicians and CAREY staff, as well as prescriptions for and ongoing monitoring of psychotropic medication regimes.

Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Program Fees:
Sliding-scale fee based on income and number of persons in the household; also accepts TennCare, Medicare, and some private insurance. Payments are due at the time of service. CAREY accepts cash, checks or money orders, but DOES NOT accept debit or credit cards.
Persons without insurance can apply through the office for assistance through the TN Dept of Mental Health Behavioral Safety Net
