Provides HIV prevention education, Rapid HIV testing, and social services for people living with HIV/AIDS residing in the 12-South Central Counties of Middle Tennessee.
Hours:
Mon - Wed 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Thu 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Intake Process:
Call for more information. Will need HIV verification, proof of residency, proof of income and photo ID.

No Fee
Eligibility:
Anyone is eligible for HIV education and testing services. Only persons with HIV/AIDS are eligible for social services.
