Provides support group opportunities, education, and referrals for grandparents and relative caregivers raising children whose parents are unable to care for them. Service area includes Knox County and surrounding counties. A free detailed Guidebook of information and local resources for grandparents or other adult family members who are caring for their related children is available through the Grandparents as Parents Program.
