Description:
EPSDT is a special program of well-child check-ups for children under 21 years of age who are receiving TennCare or who are uninsured. EPSDT detects and treats health care problems early through regular medical, dental, vision, hearing check ups, and immunizations.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Call (423) 586-6431 for an appointment
Program Fees:
Sliding scale fee or billed to TennCare. For children who are uninsured, the fee is based on family income.
Eligibility:
Persons from newborn to age 21 who are eligible for TennCare and have a current TennCare card or who are uninsured.
