Description:
Prepares and processes all developer-sponsored land development, Fiber installation permits, sewer improvement plans, development and connection contracts, Right of Way (ROW) permits and fees within city limits and in approved areas along Shelby County. Reviews engineering plans, plats, and site plans for new developments; reviews and approves requests for encroachment agreements; issues permits for utility and street cuts, temporary/partial street closures, sill boring, monitoring of wells in public rights-of-way, and street names in new developments.
