Description:
Offers transportation program for residents of Fayette, Lauderdale, Tipton and Millington ONLY in north Shelby County to medical appointments, school and shopping Monday through Friday. In cases of dialysis care, only Lauderdale will operate on Saturdays. Accepts TennCare and private pay; free for TennCare recipients). Wheelchair-accessible vans available. Must schedule 3 days in advance of trip.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 6:00 am - 6:00 pm; Must schedule ride 3 working days in advance of trip. No service on holidays. Call for details.

Program Fees:
Free for TennCare riders and accepts private pay; transportation outside the originating county ranges from $7.00-$14.00/roundtrip, depending on how many county lines you cross); $14.00 to Memphis
Languages:
Spanish translator available
Eligibility:
Families in Tipton, Lauderdale, Fayette counties and in Millington area in north Shelby County; no income guidelines apply
