Description:
Provides an intensive outpatient program for individuals 18 and older who are in the early stages of dependency or experiencing problems with alcohol and/or drugs. Offers group and individual therapy, 12 Step meetings and specialized family therapy.
Hours:
Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 9:00 am - 12:00 noon & 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Intake Process:
Call for appointment; requires photo ID and insurance information if applicable
Program Fees:
Accepts insurance and private pay; call for fee details.
Eligibility:
Residents of Nashville and surrounding counties with substance abuse issues. Applicants must be self--motivated, have a stable supportive home and work environment and not require medically supervised detoxification to participate:
