Who can join? Anyone in grades K-12 can join the Club.

For early childhood, we take K-1st graders. They must be at least 5-years-old and enrolled in school. Our youth area serves 2nd grade and up, but we will only pick up from elementary and middle schools, though high schoolers are still welcome to enroll!

School year: dinner is provided
Summer, In-service, holidays: box lunch & afternoon snack are provided*
*There will be some holidays and in-service dates where members will need to bring their lunches, and we will provide advance notice.

Hours:

M-F 7:30am-6:00pm (summer) and M-F 1:00pm-6:30pm (school year)
We are closed for the following holidays: New Year!€™s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Other closings (such as inclement weather) will be posted on our home page, on Facebook @bgctnv and on local news stations.

Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather, closings will be posted to bgctnv.org, facebook.com.bgctnv and on-air at WBIR, WATE and WVLT. If you have questions, please call the Club.

Program Fees:

Full time fees are $50.00 a week in the school year and $75.00 a week during the summer. Part time rates are $12.00 a day during the school year and $15.00 a day during the summer.
Call us to find out about tuition. Sibling discounts available. Childcare certificates accepted. Limited scholarships available.
Late Fee Policy: Late fees are $1.00 per minutes. Please refer to the Club hours for the correct closing time. If you child is late being picked up, then you must pay the late fee before the member can return.
