Description:
Early intervention home-based program for children from 0-3 years old with developmental delays. Home visits occur on a weekly basis geared towards working with the family and child on a specific developmental goal for the child. Home visits can continue until the goal for the child is met.
Intake Process:
Call or walk-in for information and to apply.
Program Fees:
No fee for children who meet eligibility requirements.
Eligibility:
Children in Benton or Humphreys County from ages 0-3 years old with a developmental delay.
