Provides early intervention and pediatric therapy clinic with physical, occupational, and speech therapy for ages birth to 18. Offers early intervention services involving child care and educational services that encourage typically developing children and those with special needs to learn and play together in community setting for ages birth to 3 years old (through TEIS).

Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

Program Fees:

Accepts private insurance and TennCare for therapy; uninsured children under 3 years who are TEIS eligible may get educational services only for free; must bring copy of CoverKids application. Children older than 3 years with no insurance are charged on sliding scale based on income.

Eligibility:

Ages six weeks to 18 years with disabilities in Chester, Decatur, Fayette, Hardeman, Haywood, Henderson, Lauderdale, Madison, McNairy and Tipton counties
