New Memphis Institute is forging a more prosperous and vital new Memphis by developing, activating and retaining talent. The organization does this by operating a suite of leadership development programs for leaders at every career level or life stage including Launch: Accelerate and Summer Experience for interns and college students, Embark, Fellows, and Leadership Development Intensive (the Stride program for early career teachers).

New Memphis is dedicated to offering meaningful opportunities in support of the Memphis nonprofit community. We work to empower and connect our city!s leaders, inspiring them to create positive community change. By making professional consulting services accessible to organizations regardless of the agency's mission or size, they are enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of nonprofits and helping to make Memphis a more livable and lovable city. Through our free consulting services, local nonprofit organizations are matched with consultants to develop short term projects with specific outcomes and measurable impact. Our team of experienced consultants has diverse expertise ranging from strategic planning, legal, marketing, fundraising, human resources, etc. To submit a capacity-building project, click here. Special Notes/Funding
Provides the Fellows program, a year-long program for emerging leaders to address key community issues. Fellows work as teams to create and implement a Community Action Plan which addresses a community need, leverages the resources of community organizations and has a lasting effect on the community.

$500.00/application process fee due upon acceptance. All program fees paid by corporate sponsors.
