Description:
The M.A.S.H program provides supportive services to very low-income veteran families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This grant allows us to assist very low-income veteran families by providing a range of supportive services designed to promote housing stability. These services include, *Rent Fees *Utility Fees *Security or utility deposits *Moving Costs *Emergency Supplies

Required Documents: State-Issued ID, Social Security Card, Proof of Income, DD 214

Eligibility:
Veterans who have: *Discharge status other than dishonorable *At least one day of active service *Low income according to HUD limits in the county where you are located *Must be at imminent risk of becoming homeless (have an eviction notice) *Homeless; covers 26 counties in Middle TN
