Description:
Provides comprehensive social services and medical care for individuals living with and at risk for HIV and their families. Services include: STI testing and treatment, medication to prevent HIV (PrEP and PEP), Hepatitis C testing and treatment, case management, peer support groups, bus passes, food pantry, insurance navigation and financial assistance, housing assistance, HIV prevention, education, and counseling, condoms, syringe exchange, and behavioral health counseling. All programs have eligibility criteria.
