Description:
HART is the Upper Cumberland COC that assists low-income individuals, people who are homeless, and people who are at risk of becoming homeless with finding housing and/or emergency shelter. This might include referrals for transitional housing, public housing, homeless rapid rehousing, permanent supportive housing, section 8, or a combination of services.

The referral process begins with our combined entry system, either a phone call to our hotline or a virtual referral through the website. There are programs in the continuum that specialize in a range of homeless services from domestic violence to prison re-entry and residential addiction services.
