Flourishing Families - Clarksville - Homeless Shelter

Description:

Provides shelter, food, and other services for our homeless clients. Clients will also be provided education and childcare. Flourishing Families will obtain different affordable housing units in order to help the low-income clients.

The primary focus for the Housing Department will be:
1. Provide immediate shelter for homeless along with food, clothing, and a sanitation facility.
2. Collaborate with other organizations that provide permanent supportive housing for low-income families, if necessary or us affordable housing that Flourishing Families owns.
3. Provide an emergency fund for clothing, food, sanitation purposes and rental assistance.
4. Train service providers on shelter laws and permanent supportive housing relations.

Hours:

Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 8:00 pm

Required Documents: State-Issued ID, Social Security Card, Proof of Residence, Proof of Income, Birth Certificate, Medical Records
