Open for cold weather and year round as a day shelter option. Winter/cold weather shelters are open from November 1st - March 31st.
Day Center is open Mon - Fri 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, Sat and Sun 6:00 am - 8:00 am.
Room in The Inn is only serving single and adult men. They also provide showers, laundry, and lunch, free mailing address, limited storage for documents and medication, resource navigators, food stamp application assistance and help accessing other resources, weekly foot clinic, and monthly legal clinic. Provides a day center with restrooms and normally offers a variety of activities, including a career center and computer center with job skills classes, Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous support group meetings, music, movies, arts and crafts and other spirituality and recovery groups. Also offers free phone message services and a recuperative care guest house for persons recovering from acute illnesses.
Hours:
Winter Shelter Help Desk opens at 3:30 pm, 7 days a week.
Day Center service hours: Mon - Fri 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, Sat and Sun 6:00 am - 8:00 am.
Showers: Daily 6:00 am - 10:30 am
Laundry: Drop off laundry Mon - Fri at 7:00 am for pickup the following day during day center hours

Description
Room in the Inn winter shelter is open for the homeless when the temperature drops below 28 degrees. Each morning by 9 am, the website will be updated on whether or not the shelters will be open that night.

Winter Shelter runs from November 1st - March 31st.
Eligibility
Due to COVID-19 and limited capacity, Room in the Inn is only serving single men experiencing homelessness.
Intake Procedure
