Help Is On The Way is a program I created more than a year ago. This program is in partnership with the Community Service Agency. CSA comes out to the North Branch Public Library on the first Thursday of each month from 11am to 4pm. However, because of schedule conflict ,CSA will be coming out on May 2 and July 11 at 1pm-4. CSA is providing help with utility and prescription as long as funds are available. This program was designed to make it easier for customers to get help with completing their applications , the application process and asking questions about other programs at the agency . Additionally, customers are giving information on when to apply for mortgage assistance online.

Hours:

First Thursday of each month from 11am to 4pm. However, because of schedule conflict ,CSA will be coming out on May 2 and July 11 at 1pm-4.
