Provides financial assistance to households facing crisis situations that have negatively impacted financial stability. Program supports eligible households with past due essential debts like rent payment assistance. A crisis situation could be a reduction in household income, loss of employment, or an unexpected essential household expense.

Renters: currently employed, no evictions in the last 5 years, no felonies in the last 5 years, not on the sex offender registry Buyer: Complete homebuyer class, meet income qualifications according to HUD guidelines, complete a homebuyer application.
