Description:
Rent assistance is available on a limited basis for those who are lower income, and at risk of homelessness, but an eviction notice is not required. This assistance is given to those who will be able to meet future rent payments and is combined with their co-payment. Must have a State-issued ID, Social Security card, Proof of Residence, Proof of income, and Proof of Need. Rent payment will be mailed directly to the landlord.
Hours:
Tuesday-Friday; 9:00 am - 12:30 pm
Intake Process:
Walk-in. Must present a State-issued ID, Social Security card, proof of residence, proof of income, and proof of need.
