Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Intake Process:

Call or walk in for an application. Make an appointment to deliver the completed application and required documents. Applicants must pass credit check, background check, and landlord history.

Program Fees:

Rent is 30% of income. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent.

Eligibility:

Low-income families with head of household who is at least 18 years old.
