The building is located in a residential neighborhood in walking distance (2 blocks) of churches, restaurants, movies, shopping center, and bus line. Several colleges are nearby. On-site parking is provided. There is a garden area for walking and a covered, protected walk-around on the top floor. On-site activities are provided by the residents' association.
