Must be 62 or older or disabled 18 or older. It is a tobacco free facility. Facility is on bus line and within walking distance of West Town Mall.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:00 pm office hours
Intake Process:
Walk in to get application, seen by appointment only. Call (865) 691-8551 for appointment. If you qualify, you will be placed on a waiting list.

Rent based on income and out of pocket medical expenses. Must meet HUD guidelines.
