Description:
Provides subsidized housing for low income individuals and families. Currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and seniors/disabled individuals.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm office hours;
Intake Process:
To apply, visit the Rockwood Housing Authority to pick up an application. Include birth certificates, Social Security cards, proof of earned and unearned income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. Hand deliver completed applications to the address listed from 1:30pm - 4:00pm on Tues. or Thurs. Applicants who need help completing the application due to disability call (865) 354-9841 for assistance.
Program Fees:
Rent is based on income.

Residents of Roane County who are low income.
