Neighborhood Housing Opportunities (NHO Management or NHOM) is a faith-based nonprofit which provides decent, safe, and affordable housing/ This ministry builds, purchases, rehabilitate and renovates, markets and leases affordable rental units to "working poor" families. Currently the agency has rental homes in North Memphis and Orange Mound and they do accept Section 8 vouchers.

Eligibility:
Call for specific details on eligibility. Families must have an income of at least $25,000.00/year to qualify to buy a home under the program, along with other criteria. Rental fees are based on availability, income and family size, but income can be as low as $1,800.00/month to qualify. Will accept Section 8 vouchers.
