Provides free diapers for Hawkins & Sullivan County residents. Heaven's Bell operates in association with Of One Accord ministry.
Also has ADULT diapers.
Hours:
Wednesdays, 10 AM - 1 PM
First Saturday of Each Month, 10 AM - Noon
Intake Process:
Parent/guardian must take the following on the first visit:
TN driver's license or ID showing a Hawkins or Sullivan County address.
Social Security cards for all family members.
Proof of income for all family members.
A recent copy of your SNAP letter (if any).
Proof of legal guardianship (if applicable).
Recipients will be reevaluated yearly.

Eligibility:
Parents or legal guardians must demonstrate financial need in accordance with USDA guidelines.
