Closing costs of approximately $4,500 and there is a mortgage payment set at zero percent interest.

Volunteer Opportunities:
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville offers a volunteer team building experience few other nonprofits can offer, while engaging life in such a deep and meaningful way. Volunteers can work on the build site in all five counties, at our three ReStores, and in our homeownership academy as a budget coach. You can also sponsor one of our many annual events from golf to Houses of Hope. Build volunteers must be at least 16 years old. Description
Habitat for Humanity's ReStore accepts donations at any of the ReStore locations during regular business hours. ReStore also provides a free pickup service for heavy items.
