Description:

Door to door service for any resident of Oak Ridge who needs travel assistance within the city limits of Oak Ridge, including medical appointments, shopping, work, school, etc.. Rides scheduled on a first call, first served basis. ETHRA requests 3 business days for a reservation, call 1-800-232-1565 between 8am and 4:30pm preferably 3 days but at least 24 hours prior to your trip. The fee is $3.00 per person each way. Additional stops are $1.00. children under 6 half-fare. One escort can ride free. To schedule a ride call 1-800-232-1565. Lift-equipped vehicles are available. Service is not provided on the following holidays: New Years Day, July 4, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
