Description:

Non-profit, volunteer-driven program dedicated to providing accessible and affordable transportation to Knox County seniors and persons with disabilities who require aid and assistance to travel safely. Volunteers are thoroughly screened and trained and use agency-owned hybrid vehicles.

Hours:

Office Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Intake Process:

Walk-in/Call (865) 673-5001- new riders must complete a VAT Transit Application.

Program Fees:

Fees One Way $3.00 Round Trip $6.00 in Knox County

Eligibility:

Knox County seniors or persons with a disability who require aid and assistance to travel safely, and who have barriers to independent travel. program.
