MyRide TN - Kingsport

Description:

Door through Door Senior Transportation Service. Clients must be 60 years of age and/or older. For clients inside Kingsport Only. For clients who do not drive or have driving limitations. Must be able to walk independently or with assistance of a cane or walker.

A three (3) business day notice is required for appointments.

Trips can be used for a variety of purposes such as Medical and Dental Appointments, Grocery Shopping, Pharmacy Pickup, etc.

* Volunteer-drivers will use their personal vehicles to transport older adults to their destinations. *

Hours:

Monday - Thursday; 8:00am-2:30pm
Friday; 8:00am-Noon

Program Fees:

$25 Annual Fee.
$6 per round trip ride.
Initial payment of $55 required for annual fee and prepayment of 5 round trip rides.

Eligibility:

Age 60 and older
Must be able to walk independently or with assistance of a cane or walker.
