Description:

Senior transportation service. Clients must be age 60 and older. For clients in the Johnson County area ONLY. For clients who do not drive or have driving limitations. Must be able to walk independently or with assistance of a cane or walker.

A 3 business day notice is required for appointments once an established rider. Call for an application.

Trips can be used for a variety of purposes: Medical & Dental Appointments, Grocery Shopping, Pharmacy Pick Up, etc.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 9 AM - 2 PM

Program Fees:

$25 annual fee
$6 per round trip ride

Eligibility:

Age 60 and older
Must be able to walk independently or with assistance of a cane or walker.
