Provides limited financial assistance, through the Household Assistance Program, with utility bills for residents of Anderson County. Must have proof of residency in Oak Ridge for one year. Assistance for CUB customers is available from Nov - March based on funding. Because of limited funding, services are available for Oak Ridge residents only.

Mon - Thu 8:30 am - Noon and 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm
