Description:
The mission of The HELP Center is to provide ex-offenders and low-income individuals support to restructure their lives and achieve success with counseling, educational, employment, and supportive services. Support services include a food pantry, assisting with SNAP and SNAP applications, a work readiness program, short-term financial assistance for utilities and rent when funding is available, addiction recovery program and case management to help vulnerable persons get on a stable footing.

Provides a job readiness program with 13 modules to help prepare persons for employment. A case manager helps clients with the SNAP E&T program, a volunteer program for people receiving SNAP. Program offers soft skills training and supportive services such as bus passes, gas cards, work uniform and guidance from a case manager to help persons secure employment.
