Appointment only. Call utility assistance number and leave a message stating name, address, city of residence, phone number, and amount of assistance needed with utility bill. An automated message will provide all necessary information. Messages can only be left one day per month. All messages before that date will be deleted. A volunteer will return the phone call and assist.
