Provides clothing, food, household goods, and utilities assistance to residents of Franklin County; open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm for walk in applications. Open to Residents of Franklin County who are in need and meet income eligibility guidelines (must have income at or below Federal Poverty guidelines). Must provide proof of residency in Franklin County, photo ID, and proof that you meet income eligibility; also bills if applying for utility help. Provides food boxes to Franklin County residents in need; up to 7 boxes per calendar year; one box can generally feed 3 people for two weeks; will try to provide more for a larger family. Provides small household items for Franklin County residents in need, which might include utensils, small kitchenware, bedding, and blankets. Utility assistance is for residents of Franklin County who are in need and who have not already received $100.00 worth of assistance in the past 12 months from the agency.
NOTE: Furniture and electronics are not available.
