Description:
Provides utility assistance through a voucher system for clients in Sevier County on a case-by-case assessment.
SMARM also provides one-on-one assessments and point-of-need services such as hot meals, utility assistance, rent assistance, food, and clothing. SMARM provides organized mentoring and permanent housing resources to help families move from crisis to stability.

Mon - Fri 9:00 am 5:00 pm - hours vary

Appointment only - Must call (865) 908-3153 at 9:00 am Mon - Fri to schedule appointment for the next "Business" day.

Eligibility:
Resident of Sevier County. Case by case determination after assessment. Bring in current utility bill.
