Description:
Provides limited financial assistance for the payment of water and utility bills when funds are available. Must be a resident of Roane County and pay taxes for Roane County. Must bring bill and check will be made out to service provider. Also $25.00 gas cards may be available. Services are provided once a year.
Hours:
Mon - Thu 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Intake Process:
Walk-in or call (865) 376-9230 for an appointment to fill fill out application. Bring state issued photo ID and proof of residence.

Eligibility:
Any resident of Roane County in need of assistance - all assistance limited to $100 per year. No income requirement at this time.
